After doing this when LabVIEW is launched the icon appears in the taskbar and on task manager, however the program never actually opens. I tried skipping the license activation part by just enabling the 7-Day free trial instead to figure out the issue. The program then has to be closed with task manager. After a while a dialogue will appear saying that the "page is not available right now or that the server may be down". After this happens the "login to activate" button no longer works and no part of the application seems to work anymore but the program does not show as unresponsive. After typing in the username and password it hangs for a short time then displays a small window with a loading wheel which goes away quickly, and then returns to the window where you first click to activate again.

It's not being used for anything commercial, so I wanted to upgrade it to LabVIEW 2020 Community Edition.Īfter installing the update it gets to the point where you login to your NI account to activate the license.
#I dont have mathscript labview 2013 windows 8.1
One of my computers has been running Windows 8.1 with LabVIEW 2013. Sorry if this isn't the best place to ask, I did lots of searching on the forums but couldn't find anything exactly like this issue.

When asking specific details concerning your project/problem, please provide adaquate means of information, as screencaps, flow-charts, etc.
